We all encounter various circumstances
throughout our lives, and some of us need
support to get through them.
There is possible recovery, whether you
struggle with anxiety, depression, grief,
relationships, or are a trauma survivor.
By learning how to cope with adversity in a
way that builds your resilience, health, and
well-being, you can turn these difficult times
into learning opportunities. Together we can
explore this new perspective that has not
been discovered so far. My goal is to give you
a safe place to discuss your challenges where
you won't be judged or criticized. I have 20
years of experience in the field of counselling
with both individuals and families.
My aim is to bring people the knowledge and
expertise that will enable them to take the
steps necessary to build a brighter future for
themselves

My name is Giovanna, and I am an experienced psychotherapist with international training and a diverse practice. I hold a Master’s in Psychoanalysis from Mexico and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from New Brunswick, Canada. Since 2002, I have been providing private therapy, supporting individuals in overcoming a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

In recognition of my dedication to excellence in mental health care, I was honored with the 2025 Business Quality Award for Best Marriage Counselor in Chatham-Kent. This award reflects my ongoing commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the community.

I also collaborate with lawyers and immigration consultants in Windsor to support migrants navigating complex legal processes, offering clinical evaluations that strengthen humanitarian and compassionate appeals.

I am fluent in Spanish, which allows me to offer services to Spanish-speaking individuals and families who may feel more comfortable receiving therapy in their native language.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

I would be honored to work with you and support you on your mental health journey. Please feel free to reach out if you would like more information or to schedule an appointment.
